got it RonJ. Let's hope that these 2 folks will clean out their IACVs and see what happens next.

Ok,
I did not mention I am using the y7 mani still (I assume you guys thought is was using the y8). I read in a few places that the common problem with this setup is a rough idle. Is this true? I just got done cleaning the IACV (that sucker is tucked away good), it had mass amounts of crud in it, I also cleaned the tb. I have not driven it yet (3am right now). I will let you guys know if it helped at all.

well,
I took it for a long ride today and still have the idle issue. It also seems to have a lag in throttle response and choppy acceleration. I assume I am having a fuel system issue. The funny thing is that these problems (excluding idle) seem to come and go. Any ideas?

Edit:

Does the CEL work? Does it now stay ON when you are driving?

Below are two more IACV tests.

1) Do this test with a warm engine that is idling:

2) Disconnect the IACV connector and then measure the resistance (Ohms) across the indicated terminals of the IACV (the valve not the wire harness connector):
