Default Wont Start PLEASE HELP!!!

Ok so i have a 2000 civic ex coupe that sat in my heated garage a yr or longer. Ran fine when we parked it other then burning some oil. I've put a new battery, starter, coil, ign module, plugs, fuel filter, cap & rotor and still no start. It's getting spark off all 4 wires, all 4 plugs are getting gas,but it try's to bark once then it just cranks & gets slower each crank i don't get it how can i have fuel, spark, and still no start. Gona check compression later hopefully but im lost on what this could be so Please Anyone with some experience HELP ME.

Do check the compression. One dead cylinder makes a D16 very hard to start. Make sure to unplug distributor power lead before cranking with spark wires disconnected.

Take the upper plastic timing belt cover off, TDC the crank and check marks that the timing belt is still in time.

Also consider draining the gas tank and putting fresh gas in. You can get a sample of the gas by disconnecting the fuel return line.

Default compression check

1=180, 2=180, 3=180, 4=110 to 120 on second run through. Thinking this might be the cause but would think it should still start idk...
