I believe I have the same issues you do. Makes scraping sounds while turning left & right, and while stopping. My brakes still have plenty of pad, and rotors are basically new. IDK what the problem is..I'm thinking Lower control arm..but still investigating.
BTW..it makes the sound when rolling over any bumps in the road....crazy.

I'm fairly certain its the brakes at this point. I'm doing them tomorrow after work.
The noise is more consistent and i played with the brakes at a slowed speed, the way it felt and sounded seems like that's the case. Ill update tomorrow night. =p

I got a question for you...After you park your civic(after a noisy ride), Did you try to reenact the sound by bouncing the front-end of the car(left or right)?
