Default D Drive indicator continue to flash

I have my Honda civic 2007 automatic. After shifting into D Drive, the D drive indicator start blinking 5 min approx after being started and continue to blink. their is no problem in auto shifting in transmission ( infect i have driven approx 30000 km in this condition). Also when I put into paddle shift drive mode, gear number are visible and work also. but after 5 min approx, the moment D Drive indicator starts blinking , paddle shift stops working and the numbers also disappear from dashboard.
Can anybody suggest the solution.

This means your torque converter is slipping 500 rpm greater than the input shaft. You should be able to put it on code reader in verify this

i used to have an 08 that would do this. after pulling the code is was decided to change the pressure switch with is easily accessible through the driver side wheel well. and a few drains and refills to get clean fluid again. the problem never returned but im not sure what the code was.
