Is this a good deal?
Ok so like I said when I introed im new to the civic game...
but i came across this in the local classifieds.........
97 Civ Coupe with 126,000 miles on it..red color with, rims, new tires, and a body kit. dude says it may have been in a front impact fender bender but he isn't sure cause he is the second owner. he says the clutch has to be pushed in a little longer going into third gear (what could that be) and that over all it drives nice. He isn't even sure if what trim level it is..like eX,lx, si. Im not sure cause i don't know the break down of the levels...any help on this would be appreciated.
i haven't actually seen it yet..but he is selling it for 3000 USD and im wondering if this is even worth the time looking at it.
so i come to the experts for advice..please let me know what you think.

RE: Is this a good deal?
i have that 3rd gear problem. on mine it only does it in the high rpms. when i just normally drive its fine but when you start shifting around 7 grand it grinds. ive heard double clutching helps but ive never tried it. if hes not sure about the trim level he probably doesnt know anything about the car. id look into it but look extra close.
