Hello, I'm new to this. I'm canadian and am looking to fix my Hydrocarbon problem. I was told that my engine is not burning all the fuel and letting most of it go out the tail pipe. I was also told it might be a vacuum problem, computer problem. I changed my o2 sensor a few years ago.

 

I thaught you was supposed change O2 sensor once a year?
