while im waiting on the camera i have another question. i still have the stock ecu and im wondering just how much boost is expected out of this. i know it wont be much but i would expect a little. anybody got an answer for me. i would really appreciate it!

 

11psi before the ecu will throw a CEL

 

??????Forget a CEL, thats just not safe for your motor. You try to do a full throttle run on stock injectors and a stock ecu and see what happens. Your just asking for your S##t to explode. Why do you think greddy throws the blue box piggyback with their 6psi kit?? CEL has NOTHING to do with it, its about your injectors and duty cycle. F the MAP sensor, youll blow your motor from overloading the injectors before damage is caused from throwing a CEL.

 

I know its gonna run lean with stock injectors and ecu mapping, if he was to run stock everything he would be max about 2psi and that would be pushing it. i was just mearing stating if he was using like some 450's and an afc hack

Not true, his map sensor isn't seeing any boost at all. If it did on the stock ECU, it would systematically shut down the car and completely turn off.

11psi can be done on a chipped and tuned ECU or the VAFC because it has at least fuel settings for that area.

 

so what kind of ecu should i get and where can i find it. how much do u all think it will run me. is there anybody on here from wv and knows where to get tuned

yeah, if you can find a tuner, they should be able to chip it for you, so you can save money on shipping from not having to send it out
