I can't even get the needle to move. FMU is going in tomorrow though.

Crappy phone pic of my new gauges.

Umm, yeah. That's what blows motors. This is not good. I am thinking I have it hooked up wrong or something.

And LEVIII, I know, I know. Gimme a break. It's better than nothing. I know they aren't that accurate but coming from someone who tunes their car with a G-Tech and YooHoo what do you expect?

Yeah, it gets a signal from your existing or you can put in a new one just for the gauge (yeah right). If I were gonna put in a new one I would get a wideband.

Hey, LEVIII. Will a narrowband gauge work with a wideband sensor?

it (guage) only has numbers (or lights that represent numbers) from a narrow band, so it might get the info you need, but it wont register it to the guage for you to see.

Be carefull with the narrowband. Ive never tuned with one but Ive heard they are extremly slow to react.

I had one in my civic and found it to be a light show, and thats about it. It is better then nothing though. I dont belive the gauge will work with a wideband though. Check out some other forums including non Honda ones to find a used one. I belive I have seen them go for under 150 bucks but not to sure about that.

I just picked up my wideband, you dont even want to know how much I paid (how much was that SC again?) SO as soon as Sacicons installs it for me and tunes it for me Ill know alot more about them.

Really, your best bet would be to find someone local who has one that you can borrow or rent and get your tunning done and then give it back if you wont be tuning much. This wouldnt work for me because as time goes on I will drive my car less and less and track it more and more so it will constantly be being tuned.
