disable the ignition(wont start up) and crank the car 5 different times so oil gets inside the turbo before it starts spinning..

another thing is if the car is off and you cant spin the compressor blades freeely by hand then yes there is something wrong with the turbo

well the turbo has never even been ran and i haven't started the car yet, they don't turn at this moment, i am assuming that it is because it has never been ran yet am i correct???

The wheel should turn if you spin it with your finger.

And another thing you can do, is just hold the compressor wheel with your finger once the car is started, just be carefull. Then after a few seconds the oil will be flowing and you can let go.

I did that with my truck that had a lot more exhaust flow and a much larger turbo, trust me, it's safe.

The wheel should turn if you spin it with your finger. even if it has never been installed or ran? sorry but i am concerned about this now, i was told it has to be installed and primed before anything will move in it.
