Smaller turbos are great for throttle response, but they max out much faster. I had a GReddy 19T and it spooled quickly when I got on it, but didnt lose too much in the higher RPMS. Maybe look for a moderate sized T3/T4.

I guess I'm not really looking for the 10 sec 1/4 mi. I don't really see myself going over 120. I read some of fortyo4's posts and I just thought for the city driving I do this would be the best app. I already have the turbo (and an HF Mani) so I don't really want to start looking for a t3/t4, but would I have an easier time with one? Do most of them have only oil lines and not water? The water lines are just one more thing... And would finding a mani be easier? I see lots of mani's that say they are for the D16Z6 and are T3/T4's but then I see all these transitions for a T3 to a T4, or the other way around. So I guess they aren't really for both right???

Keep an eye on ebay, i've seen the t25 adaptor plates go for 15-30 bucks

Or, if you know anyone who works in a machine shop, it shouldn't be hard to make one with the right tools

I saw one a while ago but it looks like that company is done. All I seem to find is the t3/t4 adapters. Could I get an old mani from a mitsu and cut off the flange and weld it to the hf?

It'd be way easier to just get the plate made...

Cool, thanks man.
Hey one more quick question.
Do I need to get a custom bumper so the IC gets enough air over it? I would really rather not, especially to keep it more of a sleeper. And I was planning on going with a smaller IC rather than one of the giant ones.

no custom bumper needed, just a little creative cutting of your stocker...
