Default turbo ??

i have a 97 ex, and i found this online.(http://orlando.craigslist.org/pts/569831427.html) does this seem like a good deal, or to good to be true. and what would a safe psi level be to run at on a stock engine with 150k miles.

My 97 with 115k miles didn't respond too well to the turbo. The stock clutch couldn't handle the power so it just slipped in boost from second gear up. The pressure plate of the aftermarket clutch kit was too much for old slave cylinder so I had to get that replaced. To top it off, Iblew my headgasket as soon as I left the shop. Deal seems legit, just don't commit until you see the kit in person. Do compression and leakdown tests to see the condition of your engine and get a clutch that can handle whatever power you'll be making with the turbo. Use to search function for the answer to your last question.
