lol. First you need to know what kind of power you want to make. Before you do ANYTHING or buy anything i'd suggest learning more about forced inductions. Read some of the stickys and guides. That will help.
Best of luck.

Usually you have to take out your power steering. and take my advice, don't buy a stainless steel manifold even if it says lifetime warranty against cracks, because you will have to take it off your car and leave it parked while you pay for the shipping there and back again...get a cast manifold.
Commonly used is the "HF Manifold", came off 88-91 CRX HF, 88-91 Civic hatchback basemodels, 92-95 Civic CX/VX hatchbacks. ****ty thing is you will need an adaptor plate made or they have them at www.bmcrace.com
Most common used turbos I see on civics are 14b, 16g for DSM
If your going with an HF Manifold i'd reccomend getting a T3 or T4 flanged turbo because the adaptor plates are much easier to machine because the bolt holes from the mani and turbo are more spaced out.
Do your research first.
A list of SOME of the parts you NEED other than the turbo and manifold itself:
Chipped/Socketed and street or dyno tuned ECU by an experienced tuner (If you want it to last more than a day)
ARP Headstuds (Prevent headlift)
Blow off Valve (Prevent compressor surge)
Probably bigger injectors, resistor box if using low impedance
Preferably a cometic headgasket as well and an intercooler
