www.phearable.net
www.j-k-tuning.com

You will need to be OBD1 with a chipped OBD1 ECU. The chip will hold a software that has ECU fuel and timing maps on it that the ECU will read and run. This will allow you to boost the car as well, as boosting a stock car with a stock ecu and stock map sensor will lead to engine failure and a ****load of headaches.

Have the ECU chipped by someone who knows what they're doing, one of those websites will be fine. I know john (jktuning) he's a cool guy and knows his stuff. Whoever chips the ECU will also put a basemap in it so that you can drive the car to a local tuner so they can tune you. Obviously you don't want to do this until the car is ready to be tuned, as you can't drive around on a basemap.
