i have a d15 motor with a d16 vtec sohc head and wondering where i can find a reasonible turbo for my civic?

Before you buy anything, figure out what you want exactly. It will take a lot of research to figure out what you want. All the turbo parts will need to work with each other, and with poor planning you will end up with a pile of parts that don't go together. Search around this forum and google for TONS of info, and then in this section (Nitrous, Super Chargers, & Turbos), read the sticky at the top of the section's web page. Also, go to turbod16.com and check out other peoples' setups and read threads and stickys with info on turbos. That should get you started.
