Default Turbo Install ? D16Y8

I have a 2000 Honda Civic EX and I believe the D16Y8 is the motor. I am going to buy a Greddy turbo kit and I was wondering how hard the install will be. I have never installed a turbo before but I have worked on chevy engines with my friend. We are fairly good at working on engines and havent needed help so far but I was wondering if its possible for us to install this kit. Any feedback would be appreciated.

i think that kit is supposed to be relatively easy to install, just make sure you have all your oil and vaccum lines in order and you shouldn't be too bad, the piggyback for the ecu takes care of fuel regulation so you don't have to try and tune that yourself

If you buy the kit it should be no problem. I think the hardest part will be the oil lines and tapping them. Good luck and take some pics during the install.

If you have never done one it's not hard but it will take at least a full day and possibly a second one to finish it up

another thing...if uve never done it before have someone do it who has..and ask if u can watch...theyll get it done in 6 or 7 hours if theyre slow...and you can then do it yourself in the future
