Default turbo intake

since turbos come with their own intake is it still possible to add an aftermarket one to it? I'm not planning on do this just asking cus me and my friend were arguing over this.

You can run a pipe/filter from the inlet of the turbo housing

yes they make aftermarket intakes. when you mention "turbos come with their own intake" are you talking about a turbo kit by like edelbrock or greddy? if so, you CAN put a different intake on there but it's not going to be very beneficial...

there are kits, but like forty said, they also DO come seperately. dezod packs a FMIC with their boost package for the 7th gen, but many peple who i know opt to get their own FMIC because the one included is not known to fit properly at all into the front bumper as they have advertised.
