read the stickys, theres plenty of info there that i found and KNOW a millon times more than i did. if u can find all the parts you need used for cheap. you can prolly peice together a nice turbo for 1500 bucks or around there.

edit: that was too harsh ... I'll just say that Flip can guide you since he just went through the same process...just doublecheck everything you get told by anybody...
