read the stickys, theres plenty of info there that i found and KNOW a millon times more than i did. if u can find all the parts you need used for cheap. you can prolly peice together a nice turbo for 1500 bucks or around there.

 

I'm not even sure what goes into a turbo. I imagine I should learn before buying.
