Well they caught and arrested him. Although he did post bail. He got DWI, Leaving the secene of the accident, Reckless Driving and whole bunch of other tickets. The sherrif came to the house today and personally delivered the message and apologized for it taking so long. So i guess that it's a matter of time before she can get a new car.
