I will say the Windows Media Center is kinda cool and all but I have two complaints. You cant really get in depth with tinkering it and it works way to slow for my tastes.
Agreed. The fact that everything takes a little longer is a little aggrivating. Especially since it uses more resources then XP.

Lol. I knew somebody is gonna say that. Most of the stuffs were from Longhorn back in 2001.

well mines a dual proc but i just know it works alot beter than my old 2001 compouter. LMFAO
it doesnt freeze up as much. LMFAO tho i still have the occational problem with media player at times and just have to restart it...

MS paint is prettier but they were smart to stay out of the photoshop battle.
You can do the same with a scroll wheel mouse

alt+tab was there, yeah. But windows+tab is new to vista. Oh, and I wish I had money for a mac but I don't, so I have to use the next "best" thing Windows. You can argue that Linux, Unix, or Solaris are better but, I don't want to hear it.

Mac OS X was released on March 24th, 2001 (10.0)

So.... predates by about 3 months as "Longhorn" was revealed June 24, 2001

or in other words, the cost of a Mac Mini, to a 20" iMac
