Default Working Cruise Control Unit (black box)

I have a 99' civic ex, with a standard tranny. I've checked everything in my cruise control circuit and everythingwas ok except for the computer. It's located on thefar left sideunderneath the dash, beyondthe clutch pedal. It also has a green connector. please don't say you have one unless you absolutly know its the right component.

I recently did an auto to manual swap.. I dont take road trips so I never wired the cruise control. I took out the cruise control in the engine bay along with the cruise cable, hoses etc.. I know I have the black box you are looking for cuz I thought about taking it out one day but never did. If you still need it let me know. I can get pictures for you. I have vouches on other forums too!
