Default ball joints

Hi all, I have a 91 civic hatch that I'm working on.
I just started researching different ball joints and found the auto supply carries moog, or I could get them off ebay from Canada for half the price, but I don't know the quality of either.
Has anybody on here bought them off ebay? I'm planning on changing the upper and lower ball joints as well as the tie rod ends.
I am also planning on changing the bearings on the hub . In the book it says to take it to a shop to have them pressed in. Is this the best way to go? Or can this be done at home too?
Thanks for any advice or experiences

For the bearings, you can remove the steering knuckle and take the knuckle to a local machine shop. The machine shop should be able to install new bearings for a couple of bucks. I dunno about the ball joints but you get what you pay for.

Are the ball joints needing replacement or just the boots? If just the boots are torn, I would recommend just replacing the ball joint boots and tie rod boots with polyurethane ones.
