Default Creaking noise from control arm...

I recently installed new suspension on my car, today I realised that there is a creaking sound from what seems to be my left rear control arm. I heard the noise when I told my friend to stop sitting on my trunk, when he got off it creaked, then I pushed down on it a few times and let it spring back up, again I heard the noise, but only when I let it spring all the way up. When I installed the rear suspension I un-bolted the control arms, I don't know if this had anything to do with it, just thought I should mention that. Anyone have any idea if this is a problem... or if I can fix it?

Check that the spring is seated properly. It may be moving or twisting when the load is removed

How can I tell if it's resting properly? Also, if it were twisting, wouldn't it eventually rest properlly anyway? Thanks.
