Under INCREDIBLE tension... like constantly stopping and going like a madman... I dont think there is a difference, but drilled look cool. Are you looking at Procivic.com?

drilled is a waste. unless you care more about looks than performance, go with the slotted. unless its a stupidly expensive rotor, the holes are almost no good, and they do lead to cracks, even under moderate use.

drilled rotors will always crack, unless they are like the porscherotors with the holes cast into the rotor. i used ebd rotors that are slotted and dimple drilled. they aren't drilled all the way through so they won't crack and they look nice but are expensive. i would just use cheap rotors from autozone and not worry about slots and stuff they don't make a big difference on the street.

Everybody will say different things, most tho will say that drilled will crack and aren't worth the time.

I've got a set of cross drilled and slotted rotors on my 02 dodge intrepid (not a light car by any means), this car has a tendancy with it's oe rotors to warp them like there is no tomorrow so with that said one would think my aftermarket rotors would break up and be sheat, right? Wrong. I've had two different sets of cross drilled and slotted rotors from two different sellers and both sets have had no problem PERIOD. I find it odd how people are cracking thier rotors and I can only conclude that thier being extreamly hard on their brakes cause again the intrepid isn't a light car by anymeans yet I've not had one set of rotors crack or warp.....But again everybody has different experiances.

I personally think if you are going to get rotors with any work done might as well get them both.

just get a non-drilled, non-slotted, good rotor. Brembo blanks are like $40-something a piece
