the spring seats come on it stock, so what i'm saying is maybe they got misplaced or lost when you were putting on the tokicos. You won't know if you lost them or not until you look. If they're already there, then it's not the cause of the rattling. Go ahead and install the coilovers. If there's no rubber spring seats already there, get some from Honda and put them on and it will solve your problem.
