going to lower...
well, here is what i come up with. something totally different - for $707 i can get these. yea, i might have to save a WHILE but, i want it to be worth it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TEIN-...QQcmdZViewItem i can get that or either the tokico illumnas with eibach sportlines for $615. which one? i think im leanin more towards the tein...and thats everything i need right?
Illuminas + H&R Springs > Coilovers IMO. Unless you go to the track every weekend, coilovers will pretty much be a waste of money. They'll give you a rougher ride on the road, and only slightly increased handling in a daily driving situation. If you don't plan on constantly raising and lowering your car (i.e. going from a road to a track environment) coilovers are going to be pretty useless for you.
Illuminas and H&Rs will run you less than $500 shipped on eBay. H&Rs are ultimately smoother and tighter than Eibachs.

ok, so say i get illumnas, and go with either tein, eibach, or h&r springs, i can raise or lower the car with the illumnas? i want to be able to do this because i want it pretty low but then again, if i figure out i dont want it that low, i want to be able to raise it up. because i live in the country and potholes are everywhere except my driveway.
no, you cant adjust height with just the shocks, you can adjust how the ride feels. if you want to adjust your height, pick up some omni slip coils if your on a budget, or ground controls if you wanna spend more.
