Help!!!! i can't get the lower tie Bar on

Default Help!!!! i can't get the lower tie Bar on

hey guys i tried installing the lower tie bar on a honda civic and just when i removed the bolt the whole bar moved so that the hole is not aligned... what should i DO??

oh by the way to make matters worse the alignment for the bolt was shifted to the right... what do i do now?

get the holes lined up till u see a little gap in the bushing large enough to fit a screwdriver in and wiggle the arm over to align it. then just hold the lower control arm still while u quickly put the bolt thru. it'll take a little wiggling of the lower control arm to fit it all the way thru to catch the nut on the other side but its not hard. just make sure u dont cross thread it.

ok i got the tie bar in with the help of another friend. it took over an hour with lots of wiggling and going up and down with the jack. It wasn't fun... For those who want to install a lower tie bar it helps TO REMOVE THE WHEEL FIRST. Also helps if you have another person to help you align the bushing while the other does the wiggling.

**** bro sorry I think I did neglect to tell you to remove the wheels. I had instructions to follow with my install so I had already done all that.
