Default jdm itr rear sway bar

i plan on getting a jdm itr 23mm rear sway bar with energy bushings, endlinks, and brackets. i was j/w if i can run this size sway bar with just a cheapo lower tie bar without having the subframe tear on me? i kno alot of ppl that have this bar have asr subframe braces and/or beaks tie bars. i figure the rear lower tie bar is fairly similar to the beaks bar, obviously not as solid, but might be able to prevent a torn subframe...any input is greatly appreciated.

thanks!

IIRC it's the EK civics that people have problems with, not the EGs
