Tokico HP strut and spring combos can be found on eBay. Search for "tokico hp honda civic"

will that give it a softer ride or it will be about the same as stock?

it'll be a little more harsh than stock. u'll find that to be the case with most aftermarket suspensions due to higher spring rates.
