the front is supposed to be lower, therefore the smaller springs are on the front.
that's where you're wrong [8D]

the springs do lower the front more than they lower the back, but, with both the stock springs and the aftermarket springs, the front springs are actually taller.

you CAN swap them front to back because the springs are the same diameter (or very close)

oh damn.
I realized that right before you told me, because I thought since the front was heavier with the engine, it needed taller springs to be able to compress more and hold the front ends weight, and the trunk needed less because it doesnt weigh nearly as much.
I dunno if thats true or not, but it made me think when people were asking if I swapped the springs
Could that be my huge problem?

its a good possibility. do the springs have any numbers/letters printed on them? there may be letters "F" and "R" printed along with the numbers, those letter could indicate which are front and which are rear.

it's very likely. H&R sports shouldn't make your car "slammed" in the front.

This is correct. The front spring cross-sectional diameter is larger (beefier) than that of the rear spring because as you stated, the front is far heavier than the back.
