Default Lowering Question

I have a '94 Civic EX. I'm planning to run 17" wheels with 205/40 17 tires. I was looking at neuspeed lowering springs. They have Race springs that lower 2.25" and 2.0" and Sport springs that lower 1.8" and 1.8". I don't want any issues with tire rubs on bumps or when turning. The car will be used strictly for everyday driving and will not be raced. I want to go as low as I can with no rubbing issues. Any sugesstions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Or should I go with the adjustable Coilovers. Thanks! Bill

Default RE: Lowering Question

well...i have about a 1.8 drop with my teins and it fills the gap nicely with my 17's same size tires^^, but theres a bump when you go into my driveway and if i hit it going kinda fast i will rub my fenders (when my wheels are turned), but ither then that i have never had any rubbing issues even over some pretty ruff roads that i need to take to work everyday, or speed bumps..
2" you still MIGHT be good, but with anything lower then that expect a little rubbing i think

coils would be good to get it as low as you can...but you would have to dish out about 600+ for some nice ones if your going to slam it and not have it bouncing around everywere
