new wheels and problems HELP! UPDATE
your tires need to be right around 33 psi. if you stick with that you will be fine. truthfully, tire pressure gauges arent very accurate, so its not like they intentionally set your pressure to high. have a technician drive your car and get his opinion, not a service writers, talk to the tech about it, just be friendly when you do.

you mean slower response @ any speed?
I though rating means the max. speed and contorl thefore I thought my new tires can't go up to what V rating used to do.
I'm driving on local street at 40 miles/hr and that seems funny and I feel it really differnt when I'm driving to my carport making a quick turn with the sterling wheel my car doesn't follow my hand as it used to be.

The higher the speed rating, the stiffer the sidewalls and generally, the lower the aspect ratio. It is true that the speed rating tells you the maximum safe speed of the tire, but sharper steering response is a +.
And I agree that 38 psi is way too high. That would make your steering feel light and your tires feel like they are way narrower than they are.

I did asked the Honda Technician to test drive before and after..
My car drives better than yesterday BUT, it isn't same feeling with old (Michellen 1/32 thred front 3/32 thred rear) before.
My steerling wheel is little akward in a way....
Let's say I'm turning left and my steerling wheel is turned left butit doesn't come back all the way to the initial point. It's like 15 degree shorter to come back to the straight . So I literally have to manually position my steerling wheell to straighten out.
I don't know what to put this in a term,, lost power steerling wheel?
I still don't feel like I'm driving my old si..
I guess this is what I get for driving with tires that's only half of what Michellen cost ?
Is there anything else which can cause my car the way it is? Anything I can do to get my old car back?
You brought a Civic Si to Pepboys?
Would you go to Pepboysfor brain surgery? No, but you might as well.
NEVER GO TO PEPBOYS, SEARS, WAL-MART, JIFFY LUBE, or any quick oil change placesfor car repair or maintenance.

I learned nmy lesson, but I thought Michellen was just a title. Like there are many things out there you can get the similiar quality but for less price with less known names. I was wrong afterall
Your car = brain
I don't want to go into explaining my joke.
I don't know where you are from, but it is obvious you are not a native English speaker. That's okay. Good luck with your car.
