News Pads Squeaking Problem

Same issue
I just recently replaced my front pads, and mine are squeeking like crazy.
I bought the lifetime warranty pads from AutoZone, ceramic.
I greased the heck out of everything and they still squeek, after reading the brake pad changing guidelines it appears they want you to grease BOTH sides of the shims. This entails removing the shim from the pad - which I did not do. I'm going to try that to see if it helps.
If it doesn't help, i think these pads are just going to squeek.

Auto Zone pads will squeak 90% of the time, no matter what you do. And to the OP: Another thing to try is some of this stuff you put on your pads, called brake-quiet or something like that. When I first got my car, it had some fairly new factory pads, which squeaked like every other time I hit the brakes. Put some of that stuff on, and never heard a squeak again for the 6 months they were on, until I changed my pads.

this is happening to me as well, started after i put on new rotors though, but yes it is my passenger side as well and idk why they squeak. it doesnt happen when i brake but when my foot is off the pedal is when the squeaking begins.

Same squeek problem
Hi,
So I have this same problem with my rear driver side brake. I have an Integra rear disk conversion. I replaced the pads and rotors, and noticed that rear driver's side pad is wearing at an angle, which is the source of the squeak. It looks like the piston is pushing harder on one edge causing uneven wear. How much is involved with re-conditioning the calipers? Are there any write-ups for this?
Thanks
