Default question about rotor cleaning

I really need new rotors, and I was looking at these on ebay.

What would I have to do to clean the rust off those, just spray it with brake cleaner and wipe it down with a cloth?

Also, does anyone have a suggestion of something that is a better value? Im not looking for upgrades and i dont drive it really hard, just something cheap that wont rust.

also found these, but they are not coated, does that make a big difference in longevity?

$10 a pop is good price I think.

I would degrease them and cover contacting surfaces with masking tape. Bead blast the rest of area and paint with heat resistant paint.

i would personally (and i did) buy the the ricer ones in the second link, it works fine, they're just brake rotors.

the first link looks pretty ****ty/shady so i'd just avoid them period

The rotors on first link are made by Raybestos, good brand name. But surplus item with no box. $20 with shipping each. !00% rating on seller.

The second link rotor, I don't know who made these. New item with new box. $40 with free shipping each. 99.9% rating on seller.

My money still goes to the first link, if it was me. I don't need good looking boxes.
