Default question on vti eg9 brake disc sizes

Hello all,

I am the proud owner of a civic vti eg9 b16a2 with abs/1994.

My breaking setup is brembo regular discs front, factory discs rear, goodridge tubing and greenstuff pads (ref. 289, 2642/2)
After about 50.000 km the pads are worned out, so i was thinking of replacing the front discs with nitrac sloted, and ebc redstuff on all discs.

Anyone tried the nitrac discs.? are they as good as they look quality and efficiency wise.? would they mate better with ebc greenstuff or ebc redstuff ?
main issue:

on a few brands i fond the reference code for the front discs to be:

262mm diameter
21mm thickness
44mm cube height (donīt know how to say it in english), in the pic is D measure

but i can only find replacemente parts for 262 / 21 / 45.

which one should be the correct cube height, 44 or 45 ?

i dont want to go ahead and buy 45mm without confirmation, risking the disc would scratch the right side of the braking pad because of the extra height.

Also would like to know the full size for the rear discs.

thanks in advance.!

greetings
