It's really up to you man. As long as your toe is 0, then camber wear isn't too bad. I'm running about -2.4 in the front and -1.7 in the rear with only minor wear. Give it a shot and see how you like the way it handles. If you're asking if it will improve the handling, then yes it will. For daily driving, you might be better off with something like -.75 though, in my opinion. I would think that anything more then that would be negligible on the streets. Really, the difference between 0 and anything negative isn't going to make your car handle a lot differently if you're not autocrossing or pushing your tires to the limit. And if you're doing that on the streets, then slow down!

Just try messing around with it and testing it out...that's going to be the best way to really see how it affects things.

alright, thanks alot man. Right now its my daily driver. Just bought it off my brother. i just figured a 1.00 negative would be good. Cause i got a 99 eclipse gsx with the eibach pro kit dropping it 2 inches and it calls for a -.5 to a -1.50 for the camber. But i dunno how it goes with the honda.
