i have a 00 civic coupe, im droping it 2" and was curious if i get kyb struts (non adjustable) will it lower it anymore? i cant go any lower than 2" and drive it comfortably, anyways thanks

 

shocks don't lower your car, the springs determine ride height. what springs are you looking at? there are a lot of options around that drop range

 

i know they dont but ive heard some of them make the car sit a little lower, was thinking bout the H&R limited springs, there 2.0 upfront and like 1.8 outback i believe, should put the car right where i want it but any lower its going to scrape the fenders

but make sure you get aftermarket struts.

a two inch drop will probably wear out your OEM struts pretty fast.

KYB GR-2 non-adjustables are OEM replacement struts for hondas and acuras. they have almost identical build dimensions.

btw, a two inch drop in the front will require camber kits.

1.8 inch drop in the rear will probably require either a camber kit or you doing the free "washer" trick to correct camber.
