Well, like it or not, a good set of dampers and 1.75" of drop will get you around corners a lot faster than all the strut and sway bars in the world.

Yeh, but did you see the part about "I'm not looking for lower the car"?

That's like if your buddy asked you to set him up with a date and said "I don't want a guy", then you introduce him to a man for a date.......lol

Yeah, but I was responding to the "I want to be able to go around corners a lot faster than I can" part...

And I think the date analogy would be closer to me suggesting he get a 6" body lift.

Okay, here's an easy analogy:

A guy takes his 1994 Civic LX sedan into a garage........

Service Manager: Hi, what can I do for you today?

Guy: I'd like to get more performance outa my suspension so that I can go around corners faster, but I'm not looking for lowering my car.

Service Manager: How much you wanna spend?

Guy: $200 - $500, can you do it without lowering my car?

Service Manager: Let us take a look at it. I'll just write a note on the order that you do not want it lowered. Come back in a few hours.

Guy (returns in 3 hours): How did you make out?

Service Manager: It takes corners better! That'll be $495.00.

Guy (looking at his car): WTF man! You lowered my F*@king car!

Mechanic: Yes, but it takes corners better!

Now the question is, should the guy pay the garage for the work or not? It takes corners better, but he definitely told the service manager not to lower it.

True... but nobody's trying to lower his car for him... at this point it's still in the "suggestion" column.

You missed the part where his shocks are blown. Sway bars aren't going to fix that.

Kappa, can he get the Tokico shocks and keep his stock springs??

^exactly what I was thinking, pretty sure that'll work and still have huge performance gains.

H&R doesn't make their Sport line for 7th gens..... so I'm forced to look elsewhere for a larger drop.

And you missed the part about "might as well throw in a B18C1 with a turbo", so that he'll have more power to take those turns. Why stop at the suspension? Muahahaha!
