haha balance or alignment? Which one is first?.... The wheels has been through some rough streets but last I checked, it doesn't have any bents in the front 2 wheels. The back wheels are slightly bent.

balance is cheaper do that first

 

if you can see the bend, it will cause all sorts of shudder. even if you cant see the bend in the wheel, it can still make it shake. get them balanced, if they are bent, the guy that does the balance should spot it for you.
