Default Suspension Noise

99' Civic LX, Rock Stock, cep' AEM air intake. While turning in drive, left or right; there is a "clunking," noise coming from suspension. I can feel it in steering wheel when turning, too. Car has 138K on clock, Auto. All struts changed at 119K (4). All front brake components changed @ 135K. There is slight "play," in both wheels when shaken side to side (1/8"), (hands @ 3 & 9 o'clock) on both wheels- body on jackstands. No "play," with hands @ 6 & 12 o'clock. No humming noise coming from bearings. Tie rods look OK. INNER RACK END maybe? Replaced driver side axle again @138K, problem still there. I consider myself "B" mechanic- ya know , parts changer @ sears w/ good diagnostic abilities/ original MOPAR guy( 69' satellite, 67' coronet,etc..) ANY INFO appreciated.
