my sister purchased an 07 civic in june 07 ... she was hearing a whining noise from the front end .. the dealer told her she was one of the lucky who have a defective suspension ... it has a short arm ... it will take 2 months to get the part manufacturered. has anyone experienced this problem and what are her options???
