My transmission shifts hard you can say a small jerk, I just recently changed the transmission fluid at the honda dealership and that did not help the problem at all not even the slightest bit, what else may or can I do to try and help the proble m???

They do that. It's normal.

 

That's basically a standard auto transmission.
