When I had other car (not Honda) equiped with hydraulic clutch, I made adjustment at master sylinder, where pedal and the rod meet. Either extend or retract the rod to where you need.

If you have a problem with the timing of clutch engagement, one thing I can think of you maybe doing. There should be a travel limit bolt for the pedal on the fire wall. If you extend this bolt you will be able to shorten the travel of the pedal from the bottom to where engagement happens. This will make your clutch timing earlier than you have now. If this is what you are after, you shouldn't have to mess with other adjustment.
Other thing I can think is, , , you will get used to what you have on the car now in no time. In other words, you will learn how to handle the car in sooner time than you know.
