Default clutch problem?

I have a 96 honda civic ex, my problem is that whenever i start to take out the clutch the car starts to shake pretty bad specially in the lower gears (the same shake that it makes when you dont clutch right and turns off) but the car doesnt turn off and i know im clutching right cuz i clutch the same way i do and it started to do this just recently. My best guess is that the clutch needs to be replaced, if you have any suggestions i gladly welcome them. i found this clutch on ebay, can anyone tell me if its a good clutch?

also, im planning to do the flywheel since im already at it, i found two that seem pretty good, which one do you guys think is the best for my car?

I was told to stay away from the exedy. I heard they were a peice of crap for the civics. Go with the xact or act. but u posted the flywheel twice.
