Clutch Rattle

Default Clutch Rattle
I have a worrying cluch rattle at around 3000rpm. It occurs as I press the clutch to change gear, or if I'm slowing down with my foot off the accelerator. Any ideas?

similar thing happens to my car when it is cold in the morning...happens once until the car gets rolling a bit and then it goes away...i'm not too sure what it is

It probably the spring on the clutch plate, where it become loose or about to fall out… need to drop the tranny to find out..
