Need help indentify part
If I knew how to add a photo I would...
I am looking for some help identify the name of a part.
This part is in my transmission where my CV axle enters. It is located right behind the axle seal. It is very shinny and seems to be broken. I am guessing it should be a ring but mine is broke into two pieces.

differential in the trans?
