Default Shift grinding between second and third

I drive a 93 SI Coupe (canadian) ,standard and when my car is cold, the shift from second to third is smooth, but once it warms up, it starts to grind a little bit unless I double clutch. I've been told something is wrong with the syncro, and that a transmission fluid change might do the trick for fixing it, any ideas what else it could be? I haven't been able to change the transmission fluid, as I'm away from home.

Start by replacing the MTF with Honda MTF.

Alright, thanks, I plan on doing that as soon as I get home.

It's the syncro, and it's a common problem for a grind to develop between second and third on the D-series transmissions.

Change the MTF as instructed. Use genuine Honda MTF.

Well, just got finished changing the transmission fluid, and it didn't completely eliminate the grind, but it definitely helped, and it doesn't grind if I don't drive like an idiot and shift real fast.
