You might wanna get 'energy suspension bushings' too if your going to be under there and changing your shifter. They're only $13 and change the whole feel of your shift to a more stiffer racer feel. I just got one in the front of the linkage bar so far,and just haveing that in makes a big difference.

It's easier I've heard to get to the linkage and shifter haveing one side of your car up on jackstands. When I did my header and front bushing I had the front up on ramps so I had a hard time getting to it.

Autopartswarehouse.com is one of my fav places to get goodies for my car, you can find them there.

yeah dude, def. get new bushings. they don't take but 2 seconds to pop in. B/c if you don't my friend went thru the problem of not putting in new bushing and his stuff was F'd up. Like dude could be in any gear and the entire thing would come out still being in gear though driving around and could move his shifter around whereever he wanted to. it was crazzy.
