Been a while you all...

My transmission is making a ticking sound as I disengage the clutch and apply some power. The noise seems to be present/most intense when she is cold, after revving around town for a while I don't ever seem to notice it... I am going to change the manual tranny fluid today and add some Lucas to smooth things out real nice. I hope this sort of routine maintenance will solve the problem. Anyone heard of such a thing before?

This sucks, weeks later and still not a single reply!!! WTF mates? Someone here has to know what is going on, it seems to be getting worse... I'm getting really worried.

could be bearings, did you change the fluid? did it help?
