over paying IMO.
i believe this is the sub you are looking at: Pioneer TS-W309S4 Champion Series 12" Single 4ohm 1400 Watts
looks decent, pretty full range of Hz, decent 400 RMS. If its your first sub itll probably sound great.
idk about that amp, its a 4-way, youll only need a 1 way for 1 sub, the overall price doesnt seem like a rip off, but you could get it done cheaper. Either way this isnt bad, but what i would do is order that and then find a nice cheap 1 or 2 way amp.
Now Use the 4way that comes with sub to go to all your in car speakers and then have the other 1 way or 2 way go to the sub.
but thats just me, when i hear cars with a sub they turn up and then obviously no amplification to the mid or high range, i wanna slap somebody.
(PS. you could also just wire the 4 way to have 1 out lowcut and going to the sub, then 1 out going to each front speaker, and 1 out split between the back speaker, a little ghetto but gets it done. of course that will all depend on the options available on the amp.)
