ORIGINAL: moonbeam

yay I just hooked my amp and my sub and it works. well... almost. I cant turn the volume over about half up or else it stops making all sound and it will cut in and out. any ideas? I hooked it up by pulling the back two speakers and I put them to the RCA connections on the amp. For power I ran a wire under the car from the trunk to the battery (the normal 12 volt one). ohh and i used 6 guage wire from the amp to the sub. another problem is that I dont have a RMT to turn it on amd off now so I put a switch from the power on the amp to the RMT.

^ that is what I was talking about. No one has to listen to me thoguh.

And Padres, Circuit City, and Best Buy are not reputable dealers. If I had a $1 for every time I had to rewire and fix some afro engineering that a Ciruit City or a Best Buy did, I wouldnt be on a Honda forum right now.
